During my recent stay at Inn, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. the woman in the mornings not only recommended a fantastic local taxi service for my explorations but also engaged me in delightful conversations, adding a personal touch to my experience. the cleanliness of the room, thanks to the cheerful cleaners, exceeded my expectations, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. the complimentary tinto coffee was a lovely touch, enhancing my mornings. I found the ironing facilities to be top-notch, ensuring my outfits were always pristine for my dance events. the presence of air conditioning was a blessing after long days of exploring Cartagena's vibrant streets, providing a cool and comfortable retreat. I highly recommend this hotel to any cultural tourist seeking a blend of modern comforts and authentic Colombian hospitality.
